ASSAM CEE 2020: Revised Date of Examination is Released

Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has released a Public Notice on dated 21.07.2020 regarding the revised dates of Combined Entrance Examination (CEE 2020). Due to on going Covid-19 pandemic, University has decided to revise the dates related to the examination. 

Revised dates for CEE 2020:

1.    Issue of Admit Card Online: 15 Sept 2020

2.    Date of Examination: 20 Sept 2020

3.    Examination Timing: 11 AM to 2 PM

4.    Declaration of result: on or before 30 Sept 2020

Examination Detail:

I.    Pattern of Examination:

        1. Total no. of Questions: 120

                    Physics: 40 questions

                    Chemistry: 40 questions 

                    Mathematics: 40 questions

        2. Type of Question: MCQ

        3. Marks Awarded:

                    Every Right Answer: 4 Marks

                    Every Wrong Answer: 1 mark deducted

                    Selecting more than one option: 0 mark  

        4. Exam Duration: 3 hours 

II.    Important Instructions:

        1. Admit Card, Valid photo ID, Black Ball Pen are only allowed to the examination hall.

        2. Photo ID includes: PAN Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID / 12th Class Board Admit or Registration Card / Passport / Aadhaar Card (with photograph) / e-Aadhaar / Ration Card / Aadhaar Enrolment No with Photo.

        3. Candidates are allowed to write with BLACK BALL PEN only.

        4. Candidates are requested to arrive exam hall half an hour before commencement of examination.

        5. In the OMR sheet Candidates name, Roll no & Photograph are printed as provided by the him/her. Before writing candidate should ensure that he/she received his/her own OMR sheet.
